Claims Management Protocol
- Information Gathering
Getting all the information together will help get the claim paid faster. - Submission
We review the claim information and present your claim to the insurer in a professional manner. - Communication
Our role is to make sure the insurer is focused on your claim and we will keep you updated along the way. - Settlement
The insurer will approve repairs or settlement. If the claim is rejected then we will review and discuss appeal options with you.
When a claim occurs, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and your claim will be managed in accordance with our Claims Management Protocol.

Johns Lyng Group works on behalf of many insurers and their services include emergency glass repair, tree removal, water, storm and smoke clean up.
